1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Adpie uses cookies and similar browser technologies on our public website and onboarding experience. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.
2. What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks a browser to store on a device. Cookies can support security, remember preferences, maintain sessions and measure website use. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which allow a website to store a small value in the browser without using a cookie.
3. How Adpie currently uses these technologies
Adpie uses Google Analytics on the public website to understand aggregated page use and marketing performance. Google may set analytics cookies or use similar identifiers under Google’s own privacy policy. Our onboarding flow uses session storage to keep a randomly generated onboarding session identifier while you move between onboarding steps. Session storage is normally cleared when the relevant browser tab or session ends.
Our forms may also read campaign values already present in the page URL—such as UTM parameters, GCLID, FBCLID or TTCLID—and submit them with your enquiry. Reading a URL parameter does not itself place a cookie on your device.
Public forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile or a similar security service to detect automated abuse. The service may receive technical information needed to perform that security check.
4. Strictly necessary technologies
Our hosting, security or connected service providers may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent technologies to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse, protect forms or maintain an authenticated service session. These technologies are used because the relevant function cannot operate reliably without them, rather than for behavioural advertising.
5. Analytics, preferences and advertising
Analytics technologies are used to understand aggregated website use and improve website performance. Marketing technologies may be used to measure campaigns and control advertising-related storage. They are not described as strictly necessary.
When no preference has been recorded, Adpie sends Google Consent Mode signals with analytics and advertising storage set to denied. Google tags may send limited, cookieless measurement signals in that state, but analytics or advertising cookies are not granted. Selecting Accept all grants analytics and marketing storage. You may select or decline the optional categories individually through Manage preferences.
We store your consent choice in first-party browser storage so that the website can remember it. This consent record contains the policy version, the categories selected and the time the choice was saved. It does not contain your name or advertising account data.
6. Third-party websites and integrations
Links from Adpie may take you to third-party websites. If you choose to connect Meta, Google Ads or TikTok Ads, that provider may use cookies or equivalent technologies under its own policies while you visit its website, sign in or authorise the connection. Those provider-side technologies are controlled by the provider, not Adpie. Adpie will update this policy where an integration materially changes the technologies used on Adpie’s own website or service.
7. Your browser controls
You can review or change your optional choices at any time using Cookie Settings in the website footer. If you withdraw a category, Adpie updates the relevant consent signal and attempts to remove accessible first-party analytics or advertising cookies associated with that category.
Most browsers also allow you to view, block or delete cookies and clear site data through their privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent parts of a website or authenticated service from working correctly. You can clear Adpie’s onboarding session identifier by closing the browser session or clearing site data for Adpie in your browser settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website technology or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
