Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This policy explains how the Adpie website uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies.

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Adpie uses cookies and similar browser technologies on our public website and onboarding experience. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

2. What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks a browser to store on a device. Cookies can support security, remember preferences, maintain sessions and measure website use. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which allow a website to store a small value in the browser without using a cookie.

3. How Adpie currently uses these technologies

At the date of this policy, Adpie’s public website code does not set non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Our onboarding flow uses session storage to keep a randomly generated onboarding session identifier while you move between onboarding steps. Session storage is normally cleared when the relevant browser tab or session ends.

Our forms may also read campaign values already present in the page URL—such as UTM parameters, GCLID, FBCLID or TTCLID—and submit them with your enquiry. Reading a URL parameter does not itself place a cookie on your device.

4. Strictly necessary technologies

Our hosting, security or connected service providers may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent technologies to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse, protect forms or maintain an authenticated service session. These technologies are used because the relevant function cannot operate reliably without them, rather than for behavioural advertising.

5. Analytics, preferences and advertising

If we introduce optional analytics, preference or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide an appropriate notice or consent control before using them. Optional technologies may be used to understand aggregated website use, remember choices or measure the effectiveness of marketing, but will not be described as “necessary” where they are not.

6. Third-party websites and integrations

Links from Adpie may take you to third-party websites. If you choose to connect services such as Meta, Google, TikTok or Shopify, those providers may use cookies under their own policies when you visit their pages or authorise a connection. Adpie does not control cookies set directly by those third parties.

7. Your browser controls

Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies and clear site data through their privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent parts of a website or authenticated service from working correctly. You can clear Adpie’s onboarding session identifier by closing the browser session or clearing site data for Adpie in your browser settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website technology or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

9. Contact us

Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to info@adpie.com or Adpie Pty Ltd (ABN 99 695 699 604), L5, 115 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
